Due to the ongoing hostilities in the Middle East, we advise Estonian citizens to avoid travelling to the region. Those currently in the region should follow the instructions of local authorities and consult the information on the embassy’s website. We are currently prioritizing requests for emergency assistance; therefore, responding to routine inquiries may take longer than usual.

We advise Estonian citizens not to travel to the Middle East

Due to the military conflict between Israel and Iran that began on February 28, 2026, there is a very high risk of rocket attacks throughout the region. Please seek shelter immediately in the nearest safe building and stay away from windows, doors, and open areas. Please be vigilant and follow the instructions of local authorities.
